Detective's Office - Real-Time 3D Environment

This detective's office was created for a second year University module in which we were tasked with making a real-time environment, running inside the Unreal Engine, that could be used for architectural visualisation purposes. The idea was that we would use techniques related to arch-vis in order to introduce us to environment art, as it was our first module in that area, before we would then move on to more game-ready environments in our third year. I am pleased with the results of the module, especially considering it was my first attempt at a fully realised, realistic environment. I am especially happy with the amount of story-telling I managed to sneak into the scene, including several pieces of written work all pertaining to the investigation of the man this office supposedly belongs to. Below, you will find a video fly-through of the project and several high-resolution renders.
